Yoga in Nature for Kids (Sponsored by Peaceful Yoga by Amanda)

December 14th, 11:15 to 11:45 am at Empire Market at 931 E. 4th Street Joplin, MO.
Ages 2 and up accompanied by an adult (The time has been adjusted to help Mommas and Daddies) Led by Amanda, a Registered Yoga Teacher. This class is designed to incorporate elements of fun, breathing and yoga pose specifically for kids. Bring your yoga mat or a towel and a reusable water bottle.
