Crawdads at the Creek
Meet us at Shoal Creek Pavilion in Wildcat Park for our signature fundraiser, “Crawdads at the Creek” on June 7th, 2024 at 6:30. We are gathering crawdads, butter dishes, & desserts to wow you.
So, get your favorite friends, start coordinating outfits, and collecting dollars for this fun packed event.
Tickets are $50 each.
Crawdads at the Creek T’s must be ordered prior to the event and are available for $20.
To compliment this delicious meal, adult beverages will be available. Desserts will be sold silent auction style per table & range from gourmet cakes to twinkies. The table with the largest amount of money will select their dessert first, second largest amount chooses second, third chooses third, all the way to the table collecting the lowest amount. The last table will be forced to enjoy whatever the other tables did not choose.
We will accept cash, check or credit cards for the auction & adult beverages.
Mark your calendars now. June 7th, 2024.
